What to know before making a return?

  1. Take care when trying on your purchased product: in case of damage, missing or damaged original hanging labels, or other alterations (the product must not have been washed, ironed or treated in any way) the item it will be considered irreparably depreciated and unsellable and, for this reason, with a value equal to 0.00 euros.
  2. Do not remove the safety seal
  3. Submit your return request within 14 days of the arrival of the package (including holidays)

How to submit a return request?

We at Khloèfemme want to make any of your operations easy! Contact us at customer support on Whatsapp, specifying whether you intend to return for exchange or refund. We will carry out the necessary procedures so that you receive the product you want or, alternatively, a refund.

Please note: the refund is valid for orders placed within the site. Orders placed through other channels - Whatsapp, chat, email - enjoy the right of return, but not of refund. The same applies to orders relating to items not present on the site and requested specifically for you by the manufacturing companies.

How to manage return shipping?

The return shipping costs and customs duties/costs for the return/exchange are your responsibility and cannot be refunded (as required by law).

The package with your return travels at your cost and responsibility and must arrive at our warehouses within 14 days from your shipping date. We suggest using an express courier and insuring the shipment to protect you from delays and losses. We cannot therefore be responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging or delays in delivery.

Scheduled collection: what does this service consist of?

By choosing the scheduled collection service you relieve yourself of any responsibility for delays or losses, and we will send one of our couriers to collect the return, on a day agreed in advance and always within the return deadlines.
The scheduled collection request must be formalized via WhatsApp at +39 375 5711815.
The cost of the scheduled collection service varies; it will be the task of our customer service to estimate the expense to the Consumer who will have to confirm that they subscribe to the service.

How does the refund work?

As soon as we have examined the products returned by you, you will be refunded through the same payment method you used for the purchase and in the shortest possible time.

That is to say:

  • credit to your credit card (if you paid by credit card)
  • bank transfer (if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery)
  • Paypal credit (if you paid with Paypal) in the shortest time possible.

You can also choose to get a shopping voucher instead of a refund.
