If you want to find out how to pay with PayPal without an account for a product you purchased online, click on the button to make the transaction and when the PayPal page opens select the item Create a PayPal account and pay with your credit or prepaid card (or Don't have a PayPal account?) which is located at the bottom right.
Then fill out the form that is proposed to you, entering the credit/prepaid card details with which you want to make the payment, your personal information and the email address/password combination to use to access PayPal, and click on the Accept and continue (or Continue) button to complete the transaction and create your account.
In some cases, it is possible to make the payment even without creating a PayPal account. Just do not expand or fill in the Save your details on PayPal field located at the bottom of the form.
